We are proud to have Dan Minor, Kim Anglin and their entire staff have joined our firm. They are well respected CPAs in Durham and have several years of experience working with their business and individual clients, providing a broad range of services similar to ours.
Dan Minor, CPA, has over 35 years of experience, and works primarily on tax planning and preparation. He consults with entities such as S-corporations and partnerships, and how to improve on their efficiency and growth. He represents clients before the IRS and various state governments on various types of tax matters, accounting, and auditing matters.
Kim Anglin, CPA, has over 30 years of experience in tax and auditing. He specializes in the auditing area to include non-profits and A-133 audits. He also has an extensive background in tax matters for individuals, business entities, including HOAs and nonprofits.
